I loved staying at Dionny’s place! She and her sister are so sweet and kind, and the food they cook is great. Alan is amazing at bringing everyone together for tours, parties, and adventures. It feels less like a hostel and more like a real community where everyone becomes friends.

Really lovely place - great access to the cordillera blanca, Allan has loads of great knowledge and tips for all kinds of adventures, and Dionny will make you feel immediately at home! There is also a lovely community feel and you will always find other travellers keen to do something together, with a quieter and more authentic feel than central Huaraz

My stay at Dionny's House was excellent!!! totally blown away by the accommodations. Initially I thought that Huaraz would be the best option due to the close proximity to the lakes, the national park, however, this place in Carhuaz is even better situated, very accessable to Lake 69, Paron, Mateo Mountains and Lake Rocotuyoc, and Dionny herself is an excellent hostess and great cook, everything delicious, clean eating. Dionny also gave us a tour of the fields where she plants and grows corn.
