Uluwatu Mansion Hostel

This has the potential to be a great hostel. It looks magnificiant and inviting with some solid views to boot. However, the place is surrounding by constuction at the time of writing so noise and dust are a constant throughout the day. Security for to guys dorm is lax at best, you can lock the door from the inside but nothing to really secure the outside accept a wooden latch which anyone can open. Getting there is also a bit of a pain if Google decides tontake you down the wrong path.

My favorite hostel ever, you won't find a parties there but it's so chill and Perfect for a stay for a solo traveler. There is a lot of places to sit and there is beautiful beach downstairs. I highly recommend it.

As a female solo traveller I didn’t feel the safest in this hostel. The front door didn’t lock and the lock to my room had a padlock but most other guests did not lock this. However there were lockers inside the room for valuables. The rooms themselves were very spacious and clean but the beds could do with some privacy curtains. The location wasn’t great but the staff were all so friendly and helpful and provided a shuttle service if you want to be dropped into town/the beach.
