Pros: Very helpful arranging taxi from the airport and checking that I arrived safely. Staff friendly when around. Felt safe. Quiet, residential neighbourhood. Cons: Old city and Medina around a 30 minute walk away. A lot in the heat! We booked the twin room with shared bathroom and the room is very small (c. 9sq m) but more importantly the beds are both very hard and completely worn into a curved shape. No air conditioning in room except a fan. No soap at sink. No convivial hostel “vibe”.

The good: Cheap, doable for a night or two if you want to save money. Not busy so its chill. The bad: No customer service when arrived, had to wait for whatsapp replies, didnt seem professional at all, had to find sheets for my bed. Power kept cutting off and someone unpluged the AC in the room to save power i think. Very weird vibes from one of the staff (the only one that actually was there).
