honestly the most miserable i’ve been staying in a hostel. booked 2 beds in the same room and rocked up to being put into two different rooms on separate floors and not what we booked with zero warning or any sort of compensation. rooms were the size of a closet and £90. day light robbery. the staff left the front door wide open to let any one in all night with the door code stuck to the front door. felt so unsafe. bathrooms felt like a shed. free laundry so that was nice. insanely disappointed
