Very disappointing experience. I booked 2 weeks in advance for 6–10 September and informed them I’d arrive around 2 AM on 7 September. After travelling 17 hours, I was told there was no room because I hadn’t arrived on the 6th. I spent the entire night sitting on a sofa without sleeping, then had to leave at 8 AM for a pre-booked tour. The room had broken lights, dirty sheets and very smelly pillows. Compensation was also unclear and inconsistent. Overall, a terrible experience.

When I got there, the bed was not ready. They told me to wait a couple of hours, and they would build another bed (from scratch). I went back there, and the bed did not look anywhere near being ready. It was almost 8 pm by then (5 hours after my check-in time), so I decided not to stay there.
