Nice property (I stayed in 5 different places in Yerevan and this was my second favourite!), clean peaceful and safe. Only thing is that it’s a little walk out of town. Staff really friendly and beds very comfortable. The kitchen is good and spacious. Not a sociable hostel for solo travellers but a nice place to stopover
