Amazing position and amazing staff. The atmosphere is very positive and friendly. The bed is comfortable. Would recommend it for any one traveling to Rotorua.

Really empty hostel. Kitchen and bathroom were a bit dirty and quite dated. Staff weren’t unfriendly but they didn’t try to be helpful. Was told I could not store my luggage after checkout time.

Great location in the centre of town... showers were good, bed comfortable... Didn't see any staff during my stay, with the exception of checking in and being told I had 15 mins to check out to avoid extra charges..? AT 8:00 PM All the external doors were locked including the fire exits.... There would have been a panic had a fire broken out?...
