102 years ago this building was the biggest toy store in Budapest, until 40 years ago it accommodated the best-known rock club in the communist block. The newly designed and fitted Bazár Hostel with its 11 rooms now occupies part of this historic building.
Situated in the heart of downtown Budapest, close to public transport, grocery stores, and many famous attractions, it's the perfect location to explore the city from. Check out the famous ruin bars, local cafes, restaurants, and quirky shops - all just around the corner!
Spacious yet cozy, our fully equipped kitchen and the common room is perfect for cooking a meal with new friends and offers FREE espresso, specialty teas, with spices and oils for cooking, available to you at any time. Enjoy our communal wall-mounted projector and guest computers as you relax on our comfy lounges like a 22nd century Sultan!
