Staff were varied from distant and unhelpful to entirely helpful. The person who checked me in wasn’t paying attention and checked me out after one night so my things were about to be cleared from my room when I popped back to the hostel in the middle of the day and corrected the error. Really had to ask many questions to find out about WiFi etc - not provided at check in. Could be better!
