Bed sheets are stained and bathroom is often unclean. Staff is rude and unhelpful, even in terrible heat where sleep is impossible they refuse to turn on air conditioning in windowless room. Music continues on full volume throughout all hours of the night whilst guests are allowed to walk around and make a mess. Card is refused even though it explicitly states on the hostel conditions it is accepted forcing withdrawal with fees.
