Was here only for the carneval. Excellent location, right in front of a very loud bar with a very big party that lasts 3pm - 3am. This is for the first two days of the carneval, later is much much quiter. The hostel itself is OK, decent beds, clean, AC in rooms.

Great Hostal, central location for Carnival! The kindest family own this Hostal! They were working non stop during Carnival weekend, to ensure the Hostal was clean and comfortable for guests and providing free hot chocolate, coffee and cereal in a morning!
