The view is incredible and the best place to spend the evenings and morning. No more than 10 mins away from the city center and the hike up is good practice for later anyway. Tea is available 24/7. I wish there was filtered water but they sell the large bottles for the best prices I saw anywhere in Peru. Had a private room which was comfy and quiet with plenty of hot water.
