An absolutely beautiful property with great food, very comfy beds, and lovely staff. Perfect for a few days of tranquility away from the cities, or as a base between San Marcos and Tzununa. Cute doggies too.

Overall we really liked Maya Moon lodge. The Location is unique and very relaxed. If you seek some Call days to read books, take a morning swim in the lake or watch the sunrise. Overall just beautiful and we would definately come back. Unfortunately, the dorms didn’t have a kitchen and you are somewhat forced to either eat outside or from the hostels restaurant which is rather expensive (30Q for a beer). Other than that, comfortable beds, warm showers, unique view ☺️
