The reception guy is really great and will always help you. I broke the key by accident and he wasnt even mad and helped me post shift when i thought i was gonna sleep on the road 😭🤣. Many thanks to him for helping me late at night.

Firstly, my experience has overall been very positive. Yes, unfortunately my stay at this residence started off a little chaotic - but the professionalism and incredible hospitality of the staff was exemplary! They quickly and calmly assisted me, and I was not dissappointed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Lisbon on a budget. The excellent location of the site is amazing - close to the metro, and the visit-worthy site-seeing spots - and surrounded by amazing food spots!
