A unique guesthouse with great indoor/outdoor atmospheres + SO many thoughtful touches. Sleeping in the hammock was memorable but had challenges—they can get cold if others leave the weather curtains open, and the synthetic blankets trap heat & don’t breathe. Charging is only available in the main house & the tree frogs are charming but can be loud. Location is lovely but very remote, with no nearby supermarkets, gas stations, etc. If you know what to expect & come prepared, you'll love it!

Had an amazing time at the guesthoues. I even extended my stay on Big Island to stay here longer! Sleeping over there, surrounded by the jungle and its sounds whilst rocking inside your hammock, really was a highlight of my trip.
