Located on Bui Vien street, district 1, 96 Bui Vien guesthouse is the ideal destination of all visitors coming to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
It takes only 25 minutes driving from TAN SON NHAT airport and ten-minutes walking to Ben Thanh Market, more five minutes to Saigon Opera House, Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica, etc..,
Our location is right in the heart of the backpacker area with many tourists so you won't get bored, there are dozens of good restaurants, shops, bars, tour agents, banks, ATM's, parks…around the guesthouse.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. We are pleased to offer free and honest advice that you want to know all of Vietnam and assist you with your day trips and travel bookings.

ROOM AND FACILITIES:

The 96 Guesthouse consists of 20 rooms which divided in to 4 types of room:
• Single rooms come with a comfortable single bed.
• Double / Twin bed rooms come with a double bed/ 2 single beds.
• Triple room come with 3 single beds or 1 single bed and 1 double bed.
• Family room comes with two doubles, big window overlooking the street.

Our clean and well maintained rooms are fitted with:
• Air-conditioning with remote control
• Cable TV with many channels such as: NHK, TV5, ESPN, STARSPORT, CINEMAX, HBO....
• WIFI access
• Fridge, Telephone,
• Clothes hangers, Towels, slippers are also included.
• Private bathroom with hot / cold shower.
