Property Terms and Conditions:
1. Cancellation made 3 whole days before your arrival day, 100% room fee could be refunded.
2. Cancellation made between 1~3 days before your arrival day, room fee could be refunded except the first night.
3. Cancellation made on arrival day or directly No Show, no room fee will be refunded.
4. No refund after check-in.
Example: Check-in on Dec 20, and the last day for free cancellation is Dec 16th before 23:59.

The confirmed reservation will be held until 11.59PM local time on the scheduled day of arrival, unless notified for late check in.

Guests between age 13 to 18 who plan to stay in a dorm, a guardian's permission form must be signed and provided to front desk upon check-in. Please email us for the form in advance.

The staff comes in to clean very early in the morning and they make a lot of noise and wake you up as you are trying to rest. I ended up cancelling my booking but still somehow was charged for the stay.

Double the price of the other hostels in HCMC but it’s worth the price. Feels like a hotel! If you’re looking for a super social hostel definitely don’t book this one but if you want to relax and recharge I would 100% recommend!
