This hostel was in a beautiful location outside of Florence, but definitely out of the way. It took about an hour or so by bus to get into the city. We booked here because hostels in the city were booked up, but we are glad we did, as we got to see the countryside and experience a different aspect of Florence. Staff was great, but the hostel was locked up from 930am-6pm, so you couldn't get in between those times(we would just spend the entire day in Florence). Breakfast was good, and free.
