The place is nice, Federico is a very good guest and there is Wifi (which they should mention in their facilities description) but! The breakfast is really minimal (although it seems that breakfasts are not the strong suit of Venice) It's the first time a B&B or a hostel doesn't offer to keep our luggages between check out and actual departure: it's kind of a bummer to have to tour the city on your last day dragging your bags.

Basic accomadtion, but clean and brilliant location, right by the station and pretty easy to walk to everything if you dont get lost first. The real highlight was the advice we were given from the owner when we first arrived about what was good to see and what was a waste of time, made our trip. Would stay again.
