I never expected to have such an amazing time, meet so many incredible people and feel so welcomed and at home for the week I was at banana. The free tours were amazing and the tour guides were so helpful and knowledgeable!! In general all the staff was very forthcoming and always there to answer any questions. And the property in itself really feels like a little hidden paradise and very authentic for Hawaii. I loved it so much I’m already thinking about when I can come back!!

Clean loos. Room had ceiling fan. Floors are linoleum-heard every door close at all hrs. Brung earplugs. 24 hrs & 2 asks for the smoke detector batteries to be changed. Difficult to tell between guests and staff. Called front desk 2x to help guests cause the doorbell didn't work. Bring quarters to do laundry-$3.50/ wash and dry. Some days, kitchen is open to grab your food for the day, other days you need to wait til 7:30. Breakfast has no fruit. Ice machine is on patio. Fun communal space.
