Clean loos. Room had ceiling fan. Floors are linoleum-heard every door close at all hrs. Brung earplugs. 24 hrs & 2 asks for the smoke detector batteries to be changed. Difficult to tell between guests and staff. Called front desk 2x to help guests cause the doorbell didn't work. Bring quarters to do laundry-$3.50/ wash and dry. Some days, kitchen is open to grab your food for the day, other days you need to wait til 7:30. Breakfast has no fruit. Ice machine is on patio. Fun communal space.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We found moldy food left behind by previous guests and clothing stuffed under the bed that had clearly not been removed during cleaning. The room was unsanitary, and management refused to take any meaningful responsibility. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern when these issues were raised. I would not stay here again.
