We are the only hostel on Maui actually run by someone born here, and are proudly family owned and operated.

Experience our free tours everyday of the week, including the Road to Hana on Tuesdays, a 12 mile/ 19 km hike through Haleakala National Park's volcanic crater on Saturdays, and beach and snorkeling excursions.

Other free perks include: pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, and coffee, free beer during Friday Happy Hour, free parking, free hot tub, free towels free linens, free beach gear, and free shampoo and body wash. We have lockers and rent locks for $2 cash.

'If you are young, or young at heart, few hostels can compare with the vitality of this one. A constantly changing, international crowd of 20-somethings generates more pure fun here than anywhere else on the island.' - Lonely Planet

Your stay comes with a friendly atmosphere of camaraderie to explore Maui by day and get to know your fellow travelers by night!

We're located in Wailuku Town, at base of the beautiful West Maui Mountains, which is centrally located on Maui and just 15 minutes from the airport. Walk to award- winning, locally owned restaurants, hip boutiques, vintage clothing stores, antique stores, art galleries, historic 'Iao Theater, and the Maui Historical Society Museum.

Our tours:
Makena Beach and drum circle (Sun.), 'Iao Valley hike (Mon.), Road to Hana (Tues.), West Side and Lahaina (Fri.), Snorkel with turtles (Thurs.), Waihe'e Ridge Trail (Wed.), and Haleakala National Park hike (Sat.).

The working people are very sympathic and always helps you when you need it and they bring the best vibes into the hostel. The tour guide (Billy) did it great as well, always ready for some good advices and the tours are awesome. The only thing which I can complain are the beds, they are very soft and for a big guy not the best for the back 😃

The Hostel is very old but clean. We had a private room but either linen or towels were identical. The kitchen was messy, all the dishes and pots not in a good condition. 3 fridges are not enough for so many people. The staff was very nice and helpful.
