A simple clean up would turn this place into a great hostel. Showers and toilets are manky.

There is no locker in the dormitory and internet is not free but I paid twice, it worked once and was very very slow. The bar next to the yh has bad music tastes..

the place is very messy and dirty and they kept animals inside like a dog and cat.

AWFUL experience. Holes in the towels, HEATER IS NOT WORKING, so we were freezing all the time. Not nice for paying 280 for a room. Nobody helped us, staff is very useless.

There is no bar at this hostel as is claimed on the info page. The staff were just okay and didn't seem particularly friendly. It took 10-15 minutes to check in as the two staff members appeared to be having an argument between themselves. There were hairs on the bed sheets and the sink was dirty. The shower drain was totally blocked, although they did fix this problem when pushed. Overall, I'd recommend you go elsewhere.

Great location, super chill communal area and very informative staff. They have all the information on how to get around and how much things should cost. Next door is a bar which I believe is owned by them which gets pretty lively on weekends.

It is a great place, perfectly located, with a very helpful staff and wonderful dogs and cats. They have a nice terrace. Sometimes, there are problems with the bathrooms. Rooms are very warm. A lot of guide books, magazines, books are available.

I loved it. In the dorms they don't have great heating but it definitely will get hot during the night. It was in walking distance of many things and offers good activities.

The atmosphere was not that good but maybe it's because it's winter and there is not so many people at that time :) Anyway, good hostel at low price !

Service sucks! The staff is indifferent to our needs. They left me "talking alone" for several moments. I came to ask for more attention and they just laughed in my face. From that moment, I decided to change hostel and stayed mor 4 days in the city in a much better hostel paying LESS! I really do not recommend. They have several rooms and are well located, but very few toilets and no minimum infrastructure for a good bath. Look other hostel and you will be much more satisfied at the end.
