The location was convenient, but the check-out policy is incredibly annoying. Even if you are staying multiple nights, they still make you check-out at 10am and you can not return until 3pm. I have stayed at 3 other capsules in Tokyo and this is the only one I have encountered with this policy. And it is the most expensive capsule I have stayed in.

Smoking was allowed in the premises, which is why i rated the atmosphere as poor. It makes for a very unhealthy and uncomfortable experience. It hurt to breathe sometimes. Not recommended for non-smokers.
