Had a very comfortable stay here. We paid 160 yuan for a nice clean spacious twin room, breakfast included. Pros: friendly, helpful staff, close to the metro station, decent enough food in the bar, free buffet breakfast, cheap laundry. Cons: a bit out of the way (over 20mins on the metro to eg. People's park ), not such an exiting area, wifi very unrealiable as it seemed to be unable to cope with the number of users, only available in lobby and bar.

Excellent helpful and knowledgable staff. Good English. Did some booking of 6 train tickets for us and told us how to get a better train. Nice free breakfest buffet. Room was fine and clean. Have a nice lazy cat that needs a lot of petting. Easy access to hot water for coffee etc. Air con in room was noisey and they could not fix it well. Helpful in doing translations to Chinese when we needed them to find things.

Our family (including teens) found this a really comfortable and great value for money hostel. It was full, so we clearly weren't alone in feeling this way! Excellent helpful staff, we'd stay here again without hesitation.

Easy to find from Caoyang Road Metro, as the directions and signage are very good Carrefour only 10 minutes walk across if you need to stock up on Western food McDs and KFC less than 5 minutes walk if you want an instant fix, Papa John's is a little further south on Wuning Road. This place feels like a cross between a hostel and a hotel. It has had bad reviews about noise but I was there on a holiday weekend and did not experience any problems. Chinese hotels can be noisier ...

I stayed in a single private room. The room was clean and comfortable, with internet access (by cable) and we could use the free wi-fi on the lobby. That was excellent. The room was very clean, and so was the toilet. I think you should provide free soap on the private toilet. I liked that the breakfast was complimentary. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean room, great communal space. Nice and close to the metro and supermarkets (if needed), so the location is good. The free breakfast is all good for a free breakfast - not to everyone's taste.

This is the third time that we have stayed in this hotel, and as always, everything was just great! Metro station is very close, so you can get wherever you want by subway. As we went to F1, that location was perfect for us, because Metro Line 11 which is going to Shanghai Circuit, was right over there! I would recommend this hostel to everyone! Thanks for everything, guys! You are the best!))

Really nice clean bathrooms, not really close to anything touristy but close to a metro station and some restaurants and shops. They'd checked six people into my four bed room so there was some moving to do. A tourist map of Shanghai would have been helpful. Overall a great place to stay.

A really good hostel, clean rooms, good showers, fun bar and very close to public transport. Some of the staff were a bit grumpy but that's everywhere !!

Nice hostel to stay in shanghai with great location and service.

The hostel is 100% value for money. We stayed at the privat room for 4 people, and it was two-storey room, with everything we need and even more. Atmosphere in the hostel was pretty nice a lot of young people, not so many local guys and stuff was always smiley and pretty helpfull. After creepy hostels I stayed in HK, I was really surprised that China can offer this european concept of Hostels with normal facilities and sizes of room. I'll recommend this hostel to all my friends,
