After waiting 3 hours to check in, the manager tried to put us all in double rooms instead of twin rooms. This was to save washing as much linen. After arguing with him in Chinese he suddenly found lots of empty twin rooms.

very good room with kitchen and washing machine，but stay here five nights with only one time housekeeper cleaning was not good

is my first time stay here ,I get more than I paid .I like the location here close to the subway and bus station ,easy check in and check out,recommend !

The apartment was cold and drafty and the heater was very old. The bathroom was unclean and a lady only came once to change the sheets and towels. This is supposed to be a SERVICED apartment. The whole apartment smelled of smoke and the noise level from the street (cars, loud talking) was unbearable. When I came to check-out they mixed my key up with another guest so I had to go back to the room to check my room number. All in all, an unsatisfactory stay and I will not be staying there again.
