Nice hostel. Clean facilities and strong security. Communal bathroom was always very accessible.

Well kept and run, safe and secure with personal lockers. Liked the location near the Kings Cross tube, made it easy to get around :) The only complaint, if any, are the bathrooms a bizarre set up - there's no place to change or keep clothes while you shower, meaning some awkwars change of clothes amongst the urinals.
More power outlets and personal lights on the beds would have been very convenient
You will meet new people here, you will have fun with them, you will see new things with them! I had an amazing time here, unforgettable! Highly recommend it. The food, bars, and common areas do it for me. The hostel has socialising down pat!
I just couldn't believe a hostel on a Saturday night was the same price as a hotel in this area. And the old man hanging out in his underwear in the room at virtually all times. Not that that was the hostels fault. Everything else was perfect.
The location is perfect! This is very similar to a hotel experience, it is big so a bit harder to meet people. Staff is not that friendly which is a downfall. The security is a bit too intense, however at least you know your always safe.
Solid hostel, good location not too hard to find close to tube. Nice bar downstairs and lots of people in the common area, bigger hostel but nice and clean. Be careful as the rate fluctuates here a lot and can go up. No complaints.
Generator was definitely an awesome hostel. The price was pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was really good an inexpensive. The facilities were really nice and the atmosphere was great. Staff was helpful and polite. Location was just out of all the main points so about a 15 minute walk. Not bad at all.
I was only there for one night, but it seemed like it would be worth a longer stay. Staff were nice. Take security very seriously - two security guards at entrance when I arrived at 11pm. Decor is lovely, bathrooms really nice, bed was very comfy. But, I hardly got any sleep because it was very very loud until after 2am, and from 6am. Mostly from doors slamming, but also conversation from other dorms - lots of heavy fire doors everywhere, and the walls seem very thin.

Lots of security but they did nothing about the noise from the next room which went on til 4am
I went to five different countries on this vacation and I have to say that this one was the best one everything is just perfect and right on time it's not too expensive not cheap just very average. I loved this hostile I totally recommend it!
You guys were awesome! The atmosphere and the inside decor is amazing. A little hard to find but definitely comfortable beds, friendly staff and tons of things to do inside the hostel. Loved it!
Great place that is very popular and has a lot of atmosphere, staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, facilities are good and the hostel generally well kept. Only complaint I've heard: some of the 8 person rooms only had 2 outlets for everyone to share so that seemed pretty poor but I personally did not run into that problem.
Okay location. Reception was incompetent. My key didn't work for my room twice. No one working wanted to give me change to dry my clothes so I had to take wet clothes in my luggage. I wasn't told anything by reception when I checked in, just given my key. No tips or directions for London or for the hostel itself. Poor staff except for security and some cleaning crew who were so friendly. Security everywhere which is good. Nice big lounge and cool bar. No bed light and young crazy guests.
Had a great time, met a bunch of people. Definitely a great hostel. DJ was a little loud for a chill beer at 9pm though.
Nice hostel, perfect for short stays and young people. The spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms, showers) are very tiny, especially for the toilet/showers, you don't know where to put your stuff to take a shower and two people are already too many. Also, a bit annoying the fact that, as all doors (bedrooms, bathrooms, showers) close automatically (if you don't hold them from closing) starting from 5:30/6 am, the hostel becomes VERY loud and if you're a light sleeper, it's hard to keep sleeping.
Got put into a 13 bed dorm even though i booked a 10 bed dorm well in advance. Unsure why this was as if i wanted to stay in a 13 bed or more i would have booked it and at that rate. Wish i was told about the breakfast option on checkin and paid in advance i didnt realise this until someone told me the day i checked out so was eating at cafe down road. Everything else was great. Could it be possible to get a hook inside the showers too to hang valuables (room card etc) when showering
Clean room, awesome staff, the bar at night was very fun to drink at. Overall great place to stay
My only complain is that there's only 1 elevator in the hostel and sometimes it's used by the staff to move stuff around, also the breakfast card is a trap shouldn't have bought it LOL. Other than that, great hostel in general.
Great hostel. Really good facilities with lights and power points at each bed. However bunks are really noisey. And bathroom floor gets flooded and stays wet as there's no door on the shower. They also need either a power point in bathroom or a mirror near the power point in the room for doing hair. But really modern and nice hostel, feels like more of a hotel.
