Due to a system limitation, I had to make two separate bookings for a 2-night stay — and no one picked up the phone despite multiple calls to sort it out. The bigger issue, however, was the rude and dismissive behaviour of two front desk staff, Meg and another staff member (possibly named Gresha). They spoke down to us, interrupted us repeatedly, and showed zero willingness to help or even listen. If you don´ t like school/student/scout groups and underaged youngsters running around, please choose another place to stay. Also some of the staff were kind of rude and unhelpful. Location was superb but the lobby felt unpersonal party premises. The hallways were mostly quiet, untill someone shouted in the middle of the night. The breakfast was decent full English but remember to eat before the student groups come or you cant find a place to sit! The beds and shovers were suprisingly good.

I've stayed in several hostels around the world, but look, this one is extremely falling apart. There are many broken showers on the 5th men's floor, in addition to being closed, they are very dirty and smelly, the taps in the bathroom sink are without water, closed and broken. the bathrooms are clogged. Unfortunately, the stay was very difficult.
