Generator London heeft een uitstekende locatie, perfect om de stad te verkennen. Gasten prijzen vaak het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel, en de levendige sfeer in de bar en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Recente beoordelingen vermelden echter vaak problemen met de netheid en het onderhoud van de badkamers, waarbij veel douches en toiletten reparatie nodig hebben. Kamers kunnen klein en luidruchtig zijn, en sommige gasten vinden het gebrek aan airconditioning oncomfortabel tijdens warmere maanden.

People working at the bar were judgemental except for the guy with glasses, he was nice. The rooms were clean but cold. The beds were old and made a lot of noise. Bathrooms were kinda clean; the showers were OK. Accessibility to get inside the generator could be better (in our case we had heavy luggage which made it hard to get upstairs.) Luckily, inside were elevators. It’s a shame that you have to pay for lockers, and that the space inside the lockers for your bagage is limited.

The shower is to short for people over 160CM, you can see your neighbors in the reflection of the floor when it’s wet. 1 elevator for 6 floors is not ideal Over all we had a great experience!

Vies, veel kapot en gedateerd. Toiletbrillen zijn doormidden gebroken, sloten van omkleedruimtes werken niet, vieze spetters naast het bed en gescheurd behang boven mijn hoofd. Ik ben daarnaast erg verkouden geworden door de “ventilatie”.

Gasten van Hostelworld zeggen dat Generator Hostel London een schoon, veilig, "goed georganiseerd hostel met goed en professioneel personeel" is. We houden van hun "levendige en sfeervolle" bar, waarvan reizigers ons vertellen dat het "een geweldige plek is om wat rond te hangen en een biertje te drinken terwijl je aardige mensen van over de hele wereld ontmoet". Onze gebruikers zeggen dat dit hostel "slechts drie minuten" lopen is naar metrostation Russell [Square], zes minuten naar King's Cross Station [en] drie minuten naar bussen.
