No toilet paper! no one at the reception at night periode. We had a private room and someone got there without our agreement. Our window appeared opened 2 times and we still don't know what happened (we were on the ground floor). The showers didn't work well and the conditions of the bathrooms were really very bad.

It was really great hostel. Rooms were clean, staff was nice, design was perfect, really cheap, location is great, near to sagrada familia, near to Gaudi's two famous houses, near to passeig de Gracia. Kitchen was big and they have 2 big refrigerator. Also they have free products which is almost enough for you to have breakfast and dinner. One living room with books and TV. They have 2 computers which you can use and they've free Wi-fi. It'll be our choise when we will come to Barcelona again.

Located in Barcelona's charming and cosmopolitan district of Gracia, this centrally located property just moments from Passeig de Gracia, provides excellent value for money for the discerning budget traveller. Rooms are chic and spotless and the staff very pleasant, friendly and always happy to help. The vibe is also excellent and guests come from a variety of backgrounds and walks of life. I would happily recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

After reading the reviews, I expected that the toilet would not be super clean. So i wasn't frustrated or anything like that. On the hindsight however, the place is well located, the staff is very friendly and helpful. When I was looking for the nearest ATM, the staff actually accompanied me to it. So it was good. Overall, you get what you paid for. The place is cheap, so don't expect a 5-star hotel or anything like that. :)

Such a great hostel to meet people and hang out. The staff were always so kind and helpful! The wifi didn't work so well during my stay but I think they were fixing it. Also shower downstairs, as the ones upstairs are cold!

I decided to move to Gracia, due to price really, my concern being only its location, I was prepared to rough it, if needed. The reality is I had nothing to worry about, I´ve never met such friendly staff and it was real and genuine, there also very proud and attentive, the place is meticolousy, clean and nothing is too much trouble. the rooms are clean and tidy, showers are great, great clean kithcen for socialising, along with tv room, it really is the best hostel experience I´ve had.

Arrived in Barcelona and didn't knew anything about this city, the team at the Gracia Hostel made me feel good about everything, hospitality, kindness, gave every details and advices needed to enjoy and moreover, they're aware about everyone. Flexible, helpfull, how can I say more about them and this atmosphere I lived there, like a second home for me. Thanks to all of them for everything they done: guys, if you look for a nice trip, in the best location with the best team and people: book it.

Not a bad hostel, it was cheap, excellent location, good wifi connection in the common room, great staff.. My only complaint is that the two downstairs showers were horrible (one was on a 20 second timer and the other was only a dribble- the worst pressure I've ever experienced in a shower) but the upstairs shower was really decent. The room was a little bit cramped and there were no lockers, but the door security was good and the staff were more than friendly, I'd go back.

It needs to be cleaned more often. Once a day is not enough! The hallways and the stairs were dirty. The kitchen needs to be organized! The microwaves are awfull - smelly, dirty... The trash cans were always full... The bathrooms need to be cleaned at least two times a day... In conclusion - more hygiene. Also, there was lots of noise at friday, even after 11pm (and one of your policies is no more noise after 11pm)... There was noise inside the hostel and outside, near the door.
