Not bad for solo traveler but the whole building is quite old..... facilities are not bad but wifi in some places isn't working so i went to coffee shop to do internet!!! Cleanliness........ i m not sure how clean the floor and the beds are........ i've never seen someone cleans the floor of my room..... hairs everywhere... they just emptied my trashcan... But the locations is really good!!! near the station and most of places

My partner and I opted to stay in a double private room. It was awesome! More than we expected. It includes many outlets as well as a double nes that we shared as well as an extra twin bed and sinK. The hostel itself is in a great location- easy sky train ride from the train station and is in the middle if some excellent night life and attractions. The free breakfast is one of the best free breakfasts I have ever had in a hostel. Only complain was the bathroom. They had hand sanitizer, no sink

Forget about the travel-desk. Thats the front desk and the stuff wasn't a big help. Breakfast was good and rich, but be aware it's only offered from 8am. If you leave earlier you won't get anything. It doesn't make a difference if you ask the day before. The neigborhood is good as it's in the middle of the entertainment district with lots of bars and possibilities of cheap food.

Stayed there a couple times this year. It's good value for your money and a perfect location for going to concerts, bars etc. The rooms are pretty clean compared to other hostels in town. I stayed in the 4-bed dorms both times. There was a sink in the bedroom which was handy. I would recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere crash after seeing a concert, hockey game or just coming from out of town and partying in Vancouver!

This hostel advertises a kitchen - there is one but there are no stoves. Otherwise, it was fine and well run... The staff was very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hostel because of your staff. Over my 3 day stay I had many questions for your staff and each person that I talked to was very helpful and attentive. I'm sure all of your staff are very familiar with Vancouver but they never gave off that air. They were all very down to earth and treated me like a friend and not some stupid visitor who forgot his umbrella (oops!). Thanks for everything!

The only drawback is the "missing kitchen" but that was a known fact. Good location, very clean, good included breakfast option. Would stay there again!

Clean hostel in a convenient location in Vancouver. Hostel provides a range of activities for guests to participate in. Good breakfast provided each morning.

Was a good hostel on the main street where a lot of the action happens. Nightclubs and bars, shopping, museums all well within walking distance. The hostel itself was decent. Worst pillows however, I used a folded up sheet which proved better. Couches in common area are overly worn...more worn than what you'd expect from a hostel.

Great location, right downtown and staff was extremely friendly. Our room (private, ensuite) was on the third floor and very quiet! Unfortunately, we found our sheets dirty with hair and dirty spots - GROSS! When we asked staff for new linens they helped us out right away but it's just disappointing to know that the sheets were obviously not changed after the last visitors had left.

One female receptionist was pushing for higher rate room by saying there was no vacancy i wanted to change the room. But i found half of the hostel was empty. Other staff behaved properly. In free breakfast they could improve the cereals.
