This is the perfect hostel for our time in Hanoi. Great clean and nice rooms with good aircon, free City map, free breakfast. Really really nice helpful staff. Great tours information in the hotel: they can provide all of tours, all of tickets. Good location in the old quarter. Good value for money.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and making you very pleasant. The restaurant offered decent breakfasts and drinks. The location was nice. It's very close to the most popular restaurant and tourism central and is easy to get around.

Rooms were a little stuffy (no windows in the dorm), and so many people were smoking in the lobby one night that it was unbearable to a non-smoker. As a consquence, I went up to the top-floor restaurant after-hours to work on my laptop, & rats were very evident in the kitchen. So I was wary about eating the breakfast after that. Beware also that even though it's supposed to be until 10am, I went for breakfast at 9:45am one morning & got told it was already over. Staff were mostly very helpful.

An excellent option for the budget traveller, cheap dorm or single rooms and breakfast included. The staff were so helpful, going out of their way to help and always with a good sense of humour. The location in the heart of the old town makes it a handy and comfortable visit to Ha Noi.

This was the first hostel we had ever stayed in and we loved it! It was in a perfect location short walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake, Super market, close to great shopping, fabulous restaurants. The hostel was very safe, clean, and well kept up. The people and staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in cheaply staying in Hanoi

We stayed only for one night but the staff was extremely helpful, the place was clean, and all in all it was a nice place to crash during our travels. We would definitely recommend!

I like how helpful the staff were at this hostel. They had a lot of ideas about places to go and things to see. The prices they charge for a tour seem to be higher than the average around town. When I was checking out the guy behind the desk didn't know how to use the credit card machine; it was a little frustrating.

Very happy overall. Hanoi is a bit crazy, and the Atlantic was my little oasis. Also met very cool people there.
