really helpful staff and the best location. good breakfasts
The staff are very friendly and helpful! Nice place to stay
Fantastic! Great friendly hotel staff! Luxurious rooms at very reasonable prices. Can't recommend highly enough.
Upgraded to a deluxe room with a balcony upon arrival, huge room with 2 free bottles of water everyday. Located in a cool part of town with good bars and street food close by and near to lake etc. Helped us book a great tour of Ha Long Bay and were happy to store our bags for the three days we were gone. Nancy, Phuong and Dragon are so lovely! They helped us return an air-con remote we found in our bag from a previous hotel and gave us goodbye hugs when we left. You guys are great at your jobs!
the hotel was nice and clean, the staff there were very helpful and friendly. There were a few issues with the manager, with regards to over charging for trips and saying we hadnt paid when we checked out, which we had as we paid for three nights in advance. If the manager was taken out of the equation, would say an amazing stay. Although she did put a dampner on it, but all the staff with the exception of the manager were great
Very nice！ The best hostel I have ever stay. Perfect！
Very friendly people. In for a joke and very keen to help. One of our backpacks had a big delay, they helped a lot by contacting the airport.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town. Mr Dragon recommended a few places to eat which turned out to be great. We stayed in the deluxe double room, which was lovely. You get a free bottle of water every day which is a nice touch with the heat. The only negative is that the room was quite noisy at night due to being by the road in a busy city. We easily solved this with ear plugs though.
Great staff, location, and breakfast (both Western and Vietnamese)! Close to all major sites (the lake, old city gate, and market) in Old Town. However, this hostel is geared more towards comfort and quiet rather typical backpacker hostels. The rooms were quite comfortable, with tempurpedic beds and charming decor of flower petals and elephant towels. The regular laundry service was $1 /kg and express $2/kg. They offer airport transfer for $18/car one way, good for late or early flights.
The Hanoi 3B was wonderful, although I never actually stayed here. We booked a double room for 3 nights, but upon arriving and given refreshing juice we were told that our room was still occupied. As an alternative, the hotel offered to upgrade us to a deluxe room at their sister hotel down the street at no extra cost. They were incredibly helpful and professional about the entire issue.

Best place ever! We had such a good time in the Hanoi 3B Hotel. Nice and clean rooms, really good breakfast and the staff could not be better. We would recommend this nice place to everyone. Thanks again for the nice time we had and greetings to the team of the Hanoi 3B Hotel from Ruth and Jan!
Wonderful, helpful, almost too nice staff who were willing to help with and plan everything. They even made us breakfast when we were too late our first morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well prepared. The location was excellent, and they even arranged a pick up service for us (for a reasonable price). Couldn't have been any happier with our stay.
The room was beautiful, the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Best hostel I've stayed at in a long time!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, we ended yup changing from 3 nights to 5. It's bang in the centre of the old quarter, and yet you hear no noise in your room. They recommended places to eat which we're very good, one just over the road. The breakfast here is very good, a selection of bread, jams, fruit, cornflakes, yoghurt, fried noodles, fried rice, and you can also order something fresh to order such as eggs or pancakes. The staff are very friendly. Overall a great place to stay :)
Ms.Phuong helps us greatly prior to our visit from getting visa approval to arranging our two week trip throughout Vietnam. The location is very good, within 5 minutes you are at the lake at the centre of Hanoi and there are lots of places to eat just outside the hotel.
