Excellent hotel. No problems at all.

Hanoi First Choice Hotel was a beautiful property in a great location in the Old Quarter. They provided all the complimentary amenities one needed for a relaxing stay: wifi, coffee, AC, safety box, etc... I would love to come back and stay longer!

I loved staying at Hanoi First Choice Hotel! I was able to relax in a great atmosphere and have fun at the same time. I will definitely stay again during my next trip to Vietnam.

Very beautiful hotel. I loved my stay here. The staff is amazing, I felt right at home. The rooms are very clean and spacious with nice showers, or bathtubs. I was surprised to see how good was the price for such nice accomodation with delicous breakfast. The location is perfect. In other words, You are guaranteed a phenomaly pleasant stay if you stay in hanoi first choice hotel.

Well where do I start? We found the location of the hotel to be central enabling us to easily get around. The hotel itself was very well taken care of and the staff were at hand whenever needed! The rooms itself were equipped with laptops and Flat screen tv's. More than enough light in the room for me to do my off time reading and to search for new places to view. The staff were also very help full in guiding us in the right direction when ever required. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This Hotel is Amazing. My husband and I stayed there for three days, we had a beautiful relaxing time. This hotel is very clean with big rooms with nice hot shower, comfortable bed, waking up in the morning to the smell of nice american breakfast, with friendly service.We'd recommend the Hanoi first choice hotel to anyone from any age, anytime.

I really enjoyed my stay at First Choice Hotel. I initially only reserved one night but ended up staying two additional nights. I thought the rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable with functioning heat, in-room internet (for free), and flat screen TV. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and helped me book 2 days trip to Ha Long Bay. I would definitely come back here and highly recommend it!

We were only supposed to stay at this hotel for one night before heading off on our halong bay cruise. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Kelvin and his staff, they invite us with welcome fruit drinks. We booked a Superior room which was very nice, comfortable and clean, there is also in-room computer, It is really a big bonus !. We also booked Halong Bay here on Royal Cruise. It was really perfect choice . Even in the cold weather but we still enjoyed it so much. We would stay here again.

The First Choice has an excellent city center location. Our room was attractive, very clean, and comfortable especially the bed and shower, dressing room, and toilet.. The breakfast provided was delicious and nutritious. However, the very friendly and helpful staff were outstanding. They made us feel that we were beloved famliy. One example was when they walked us to a location to prevent confusion. When we left the hotel, we hugged the lovely, friendly staff, and almost had tears in our eyes.

At 3 stars and very small its more of a guest house than a hotel, but small and friendly as a consequence. the food in the basement restaurant was ok, and the tour desk in the lobby was particularly helpful to us. it was my first time in Hanoi and i found the place somewhat depressing frankly. The tour desk put together a trip to Halong Bay for us which was just lovely. Romantic, picturesque, but fun too with lots of activities like potholing rock climbing and kayaking
