Would not reccomend staying for long, as rooms were covered in mould and everything was extremely moist (including sheets, even after daily changes etc) However for a few nights, it was fine. The staff were great and helpful.

For two budget travelles in Hanoi, this place is perfect. Rooms are very clean, hot water, T.V.s, aircon, and includes breakfast. Staff are very friendly and will help you get on the local bus if you don't want to pay for taxis. They can also help arrange tours. Walking distance of the Old Quarter and most other main sites in Hanoi. Stay here!
Staff here are outstanding. They helped us booked a range of travel (not tours, just things like taxis, buses and trains - they didn't push tours at all) and had the tickets delivered to the hotel. They have excellent English and are very easy to deal with. The rooms are solid - nothing extravagant but great value for money. The location is close to everything in the old quarter but tucked away a little. This means an extra two minutes to get home at night but a much quieter sleep.
This review is for Little Hanoi Diamond which we got shifted to because Hanoi Blue Sky ran out of rooms. Cheapest rooms in LHD were actually 20USD, but since we got shifted from HBS, we paid HBS's rate of 15USD only. Room was big, clean and luxurious. Staff were friendly with no language barrier and did not pressure us into buying their tour packages at all. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Location wasn't too bad. Overall a pleasant experience.
