Great location in the center, in a quiet street in Hanoi. The room is very clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff are lovely and very friendly, breakfast is good. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very well located and the staff where fantastic to us. The room was large, clean and comfortable, good services. We did overnight trips to Sapa and Halong Bay which organized by Hanoi Ciao Hotel and it was no hassle to keep our large luggage in our storage rooms. The staff remembered where we had travelled, and always made the effort to ask about our day. Great breakfasts with many choices . If we come back Hanoi next time, we will stay with Hanoi Ciao Hotel again. High recommend!

A great hotel with a good location in the center of Hanoi. The rooms are clean and well kept, the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is affordable and good-value for money. Highly recommended!!
