This place had an amazing location right in the heart of the Zona Rosa. It was a 4 minute walk to the metro which was great for going anywhere in the city. The people werer friendly, the rooms were amazingly clean and it was overall good value. Note that this definitely isn't a party place, more of like a multilevel hostel/hotel with some private rooms and some shared rooms. Area was safe to walk around at night. I would definitely stay at this place if I returned to Mexico City.

Great location, and friendly staff (although no one spoke or understood anything other than Spanish). Not many tourists, although located in a very tourist-heavy area.

Very good location. The guys who work in the morning are so kind. They are very good at providing information abour excursions and how to get around in the city.

I emailed this hostel two days in advance and cancelled my reservation. They charged me anyway.
