King's Joy International Hostel Reviews

The waiter at the 6th storey bar not frendly, whenever we order additional beer, he shown a very reluctant to work attitude. We need to wait for at least 5 to 10min for hot water for shower. During my 8 days stayed, there was one day totally no hot waters . if this can be improved, i can say this is a very value for money hostel.

This is more of a hotel than hostel which was a nice surprise.Very clean and kept up well. Great location and walking distance to many destinations. Great value, comfortable beds and good wifi connection. Restaurant lacks good selection, however there are plenty of choices within walking distance. I would recommend 'Helen's' aka 365 Inn which is another hostel with awesome food and nice atmosphere and only 5 min walk.

The rooms are awesome, and they were great for booking day trips and providing information.

The staff there is very friendly and patient when we ask them tons of questions.

I'm a family of 4.This place has a hotel feel.The private ensuite for 4 which I took is clean and spacious with individual bathroom.The jug for boiling water is useful. The staff are helpful. Location is is fantastic -short distance to subway line 2. The restaurant next to Mcdonald diagonally opposite King's joy is very reasonable in pricing. King's Joy is value for money. We would come back again.
