Over all a really nice place and a great location, but a couple of the girls working there had attitude issues (maybe just a couple of bad days?).Over all a really nice place and a great location, but a couple of the girls working there had attitude issues (maybe just a couple of bad days?)....Close

My only complaint is that the wifi was SUPER slow, almost useless. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, but they always seemed super busy. It would have been nice if there was an extra person around to help check people in/out and give advice for sightseeing. My only complaint is that the wifi was SUPER slow, almost useless. I'm sure the charms of the very well located courtyard would have been more striking if it hadn't been raining the whole time, at which point a hostel with more indoors to it becomes attractive. But a nice place. Please stop smoking in the bar/restaurant: makes the place foul smelling and of course the smoke drifts straight up to the (supposedly) "no smoking" balcony. Internet was very limited, easily overloaded and only in bar. Buffet breakfast overpriced for what is on offer.I'm sure the charms of the very well located courtyard would have been more striking if it hadn't been raining the whole time, at which point a hostel with more indoors to it becomes attractive. I can't really fault this hostel. The staff are helpful, the location is perfect, it's very clean and spacious! And the beds are very comfortable! Sometimes i felt as a single traveller hoping to meet people that the place was almost too large meaning everyone spread which made it more difficult... Reasonably priced breakfast, free internet and 24hrs hot water supply are good. But no toilet paper - you have to get from the reception. No hand soap by the sink too. Also no socket for hair dryer by level 2's sink. Can also get very noisy but that is because of inconsiderate guests. Also a convenient short walk to People's Park subway station but DO NOT cut through the park. Dodgy people lurks in there. They will follow and harass you.Reasonably priced breakfast, free internet and 24hrs hot water supply are good. But no toilet paper - you have to get from the reception. No hand soap by the sink too.
