Great hostel - excellent location that is close to the People's Square subway stop. Highly recommended. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

A gem. Location is fabulous and the courtyard is a superb oasis. A bit lacking in atmosphere maybe, but not to worry about   Read Owner Comments

Great hostel, great vibe, great location, great bar, great staff! The girls at the front helped me book my train ticket to Hefei with just a small charge. I really liked the open courtyard and the open air feel of the communal areas. Will definately go back when next in Shanghai   Read Owner Comments

Ideal location. Beautiful courtyard/common area with pools full of goldfish and carp. Nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, with one exception. There is some room for improvement. One staff member in particular is unpleasant. There\'s hot but not cold drinking water. Would be nice to have both. The wireless is frustratingly slow. There are two wired computers that are faster, but you have to stand, and they\'re often taken. Those criticisms aside, I had a good stay.   Read Owner Comments

Great location near Nanjing Road, and easy to find near the Marriot. Twin room was a bit musty and could use a coat of paint, but was clean. Overall good experience.   Read Owner Comments
