the most awesome hostel i have ever stayed in. we booked a private room, and the interior is furnished like a 3* or 4* hotel! the staffs were really helpful in every way and they can speak really fluent English. Their tours are, to be honest, more expensive than tours agencies that you can find out in the Old quarters, but they are totally worth that extra bucks. It's never disappointing! and they have the BEST breakfast EVERRR. wifi at every floor as well! SATISFIED!

This hostel is amazing!! Exellent breakfast, best location, very good staff! I slept in the dorm, a bit narrow, but you cannot complain for that. 10points! Riccardo- Italy-

I thought the hostel was excellent! It really felt like a "fancy hotel" as their slogan says. Plus the breakfast buffet is really really good! The travel desk was very helpful, but their prices were too expensive. But the staff and the hostel were awesome, we were able to shower when we got back from our Sapa tour and leave our luggage while we were away.

We stayed in dorms for 2 nights until my partner fell ill and we asked to be moved to a private double for our last night. The dorms are unimpressive, being a long corridor of beds with a/c pointed at the center of the room, struggling to reach the beds at the end. Big lockers are a plus, but the lockless bathroom is not. The private was incredible and totally worth forking $30 out for to feel spoilt for a day. Staff were lovely and travel agency sorted the train and Halong Bay for a good price.

The hotel is in the middle of the old quarter, but still manages to be quiet at night. Good buffet breakfast (toast, other types of bread, cold cuts, eggs, even salad and noodles) and spacious rooms with cable flat TV, small fridge and good strong shower. Wifi worked well in every floor and you can book tours to sapa and halong bay there. Only improvement would be to change the doors' locking system as people slam them shut (they do not close easily).

The staff at the reception was extremelly helpful. They gave us some really good pointers what to do and see in a short time we were in Hanoi and they have organized Halong Bay tour and train to Hoi An for us. Their doorman even went with us to the train station to make sure we didn't get lost. And the breakfast was huge!

More like a high end hotel than a hostel! staff very friendly, absolutely amazing breakfast. only problem was that the tour we booked to halong bay through the hostel was not great and not good value for money, but probably our fault for not shopping around! despite this, probably one of the best hostels we have stayed in.

This hotel was perfect EXCEPT! for the fact that it was infested with little bugs. I'm not sure if they were ants or termites, but they were everywhere! They don't bite, so I tolerated them for the time while I was there. But I couldn't leave anything on the wooden desks/tables because they would crawl all over my stuff. Otherwise, the hotel bedrooms are great quality and pretty cheap. The staff is nice and booked my tour to Ha Long Bay, as well as my car to and from the airport.

This is a very new building with the best facilities I have ever seen in a hostel! There's a movie room with a huge flatscreen tv and a pool table, a restaurant on the top floor where a complimentary buffet breakfast is served and clean bathrooms with hot showers in every room and dorm. There is a good atmosphere and you can meet great people here. The staff is very helpful and you can get a lot of information about tours and travel in general. The best budget place to stay in Hanoi!

This is a nice, modern hostel. The staff are very kind and helpful. It's quiet and comfortable so great for getting a good nights sleep but not the best place for meeting people. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This place was more of a hotel than a hostel - in the private room there were wood floors, flat screen television, granite bathroom tiling. Also, it was great that they have their own restaurant open till late serving good, cheap food as well as a complimentary breakfast that was buffet style and great! On the day we left we didn't have time for breakfast so they packed one to go! So nice and helpful! We also booked a great Ha Long Bay tour right from the hotel. I definitely recommend this place

Great hostel in a central location. Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help you with anything. Dorm rooms are a bit narrow, but clean and have hot showers. Security is good with key cards and lockers. Wi-Fi on all floors and some computers in the lobby. Booked two tours with them which I really enjoyed.
