Loved this place, arrived after spending a few more uncomfortable nights in Laos hostels and stayed in the private room. Couldn't have asked for more, the bathroom was lovely, nice strong hot shower and the bed was massive in our room. Booked a Halong bay tour through the hotel and stayed in the dorms when we got back. Internet is a bit choppy but fast when it is working. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in Hanoi.

I ww looking for a chilled-out hostel and intending to do my partying elsewhere, and that's what I got. The lounge area is great for chilling in and staff are helpful with booking onward travel. The place is quiet when you want to sleep. Beds are flimsy though, so a restless bunkmate means little sleep...

All in all great location, very clean, helpful staff, enough computers for a change and nice breakfast. It is not really Backpackers-like though; moroever a hotel with bunkbeds. Or a hostel with marble floor and no socializing. If you want a clean bed in a good location- that's your place!

Great location for the old town, lake, museum, etc... Very helpful staff (although shop around for Halong Bay trips, hotels and hostels will be more expensive as they need to get a cut of the profits too) Very clean rooms. The ensuite bathroom in the dorms don't have locks though, which is a bit weird. Not a very social hostel and despite having a pool table and movie room, people don't seem to socialise here. But very clean and comfortable and safe and great location!

For $5 a night (for 7 nights in a month), this hostel is amazing. The dorms are a little narrow but beds are good. There's a games and movie room on the 2nd floor which is nice to hang out in. Free breakfast in the morning is pretty good too.

Cheap dormitory but don't expect more than the price. Good location, good people. I was just surprised by the atmosphere. This is not at an hostel. The dorm where I was was small and not very adapted for backpackers... anyway. good place.

We stayed in both dorm room and private rooms - dorm rooms are narrow but have comfy beds and lockers for your belongings. Private rooms are great but a little pricey for backpackers, but a lot of space and extras included - very nice rooms. Facilities in the hostel are good - travel desk is very handy and the guy at the desk is very helpful and nice and lots of good ideas if you need recommendations for things to do :)

not bad. But everytime I visit the hostel, Cleanliness gets worse and worse. last time I stayed there, a room I slept was smelly. Considering value for mony, it's not that bad choice.

Its a hotel with on each floor 4 series of bunk beds put into a normal hotel room. Which means its a bit tight, the shower/toilet is in a glass shell (with blinding, no lock). You get your own locker. The lock you have to take yourself. Breakfast is a small buffet and is quite nice. There's very limited wifi in the dorm rooms. Game room is nice but has no atmosphere. Okay for couples, less for solo wanting to meet travelers. Staff is usually grumpy. Avoid booking trips at hostel, very expensive.

Its cheap, its clean. Its just a hotel that had some extra space so they stuck dorms in them. If you stay in a dorm you dont get the eggs for breakfast, as advertised. Stay away from the travel desk, its a rip off. The reception staff are only nice when they think they can make some commission from you. Theres an excellent street coffee place across the street that sells coffee with yogurt.

This place offers "hotel" accomadation at hostel prices but, really other than the lobby it's no better (in fact worse) than most hostels. The dorm we had was dank, dark and damp - we left with damp clothes - and they're poorly laid out. The bathroom sucks and doesn't have a lock. The lobby has fast PCs with good internet. Wifi very poor/non-existent in dorm, strong outside and in lobby.

This is very clean hostel. It has shiny tile floor, good and clean mattress and bedsheet. But there is not space to hang clothes to dry. Good breakfast.
