Great! Really great location and lovely, air conditioned double bedroom. Bed was nice and shower/toilet facilities were fantastic. Want to go again!

Not bad, but lots of noises keeping us up at night. People yelling in the corridors early morning didn't help just as we'd gotten to sleep, with nobody seeming to do anything about it. Rooms were very good though, very clean, and looked neat and tidy. Good bathroom. Fantastic location right next to Nanjing East Road.

We had very good time staying at this hostel. Friendly staffs, good level of cleanliness in the common areas (shared bathroom could get dirty, but it's all depends on the guests who use them), and overall we were very satisfied with what we paid. A bit downside is the ¥100 amount of deposit, even though we're actually going to pay ¥50 for one night at the dorm room, that we actually could use up while being in town, but it's understandable.

Great location at a great price. Facilities are nice and clean, though rooms are a touch small. Would be good to have a more of a hostel feel downstairs, but I can understand that the bar/restaurant needs to operate.

perfect value for the money. Friendly staff, good servise. Quite place. Internet though was bad this time, but i stay in this hostel 3 times a month, usually its ok. 2 minutes from the subway.

Stayed in a 6 bed mixed dorm for 2 nights. Toilets are clean. Location is excellent. Check out the 1 RMB egg tarts on the way to the hostel from Nanjing Road.

Excellent value for money. I stayed in a double room. The bathrooms were new and spotless with powerful hot showers. I loved the little touches of comfort - the hairdryer in the room, the full-length mirror, the open clothes rack, the clean towels. The bed is comfortable and two of the pillows were feather! The staff are helpful and location is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Great hostel located in the centrum of the city.

I love this hostel and have stayed in it many times. My only concern this year has been that they do not seem to be doing any upkeep. The walls in several of the rooms have big chunks of plaster falling off of them and the paint is peeling on the ceiling. There are enough other nice hostels in Hangzhou that if they don't do the upkeep, it won't be worth the price.

Good as usual. All facilities, friendly staff, 2 min from Nanjing lu and subway station. The character could be nicer, probably the hostel could ask some gueasts to make nice paintings on the walls :) Its cold in winter time in common areas, its common for locals but really cold for foreigners who used for central heating. I usually stay there, tried some others in Shanghai, this one is the best one up to now.

I stayed in a double room with ensuite. What a joy to have a spotless, new shower with fantastic water pressure and no drainy odours! The lady who works the nightshift is very helpful with good English. Even though it doesn't have as much character as other places, it deserves 100% for cleanliness, location and staff! Fantastic value!

I stayed there for 3 nights and really liked to this hostel much. Location is very convenience. Hostel maid came to room every day to change the bin and gave the new toilet tissue. One staff was not quite friendly, but the rest seem to be ok. Since my flight was so early morning and I asked the front to book the taxi fro me, when I went down late in the morning the hostel staff came to knock my room to remind me. I

This is a very cool Hostel with the best location and extremely friendly and efficient staff and also very reasonably priced

Fantastic hostel, there is a nice welcome when you arrive, the room was clean, I had the top bunk, they sought because of my maturity a bottom buck will be more suitable for me, so the next day they moved me to the bottom bunk, thank you girl. The bed was I bit hard but it is all over China. The shower and toilet very clean, the access it the WiFi was excellent some days and not the other, the price of the drink and food is well priced. Good atmosphere in the restaurant/ acceuil room.
