Hostel workers were very knowledgeable of the city and tourist attractions. When we first arrived, the hostel worker sat down with us and highlighted key areas to visit, as well as provided the hours of operations for all attractions. This was extremely helpful, especially since most museums close for lunch around noon. The workers spoke very English very well considering we were in Vietnam. Also made great suggestions for food choices and arranged tours and taxis for our group. Best hostel!

The front room at times felt like a daycare, with what I assumed were the staff's children running around. I dislike children, so this was quite annoying for me, however we didn't spend much time in that particular space so it wasn't a huge issue. Great location (although it is in a small alleyway, so may be difficult to find at first), helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, basic breakfast. You can book trips through the hotel, which was very convenient. Highly recommend Cu Chi Tunnels!

Its in an alley its a bit difficult to find. But the staff is great. The problem that we have is the toilet stinks. I think its the sewage problem. But this is the most organzed hostel that we had among the three hostels that i have stayed in.

Fine hostel, family run, clean and safe. Location very central. Could be more fun, though.

This is a great little hostel and the staff are fantastic. We stayed in a private double room and enjoyed it. There's not a whole lot to the rooms, but given the price and the location, it is an excellent value. The great staff is another huge bonus. They helped us track down our lost luggage and book a bus to Phnom Pehn. Highly recommended!

This is simply a great guest house, its very clean. Its easy to meet people. The staff speaks great English, and will go very far out of their way to suit your needs! I've been 3 weeks in Vietnam, and this was by far the best place I've stayed!

A fantastic hostel, it was clean, well priced and everyone was so friendly. As well as that they were helpful! If you were after anything they all knew where to get it or what to do and if they didn't they would find out. Such a good place!

Tuan and Ngoc are such a charming and ever- helpful couple. They are quite efficient and so reliable, from booking of transportation tickets to giving the right suggestions. I am thankul I listened to Ngoc about which bus schedule to take for my trip to Siem Reap back to Ho Chi Minh. And also thankful for Tuan for giving me a free ride on his motorbike to Bitexco and a dinner in town, local style.

Fun, clean, helpful, great environment. We absolutely loved our stay at Ngoc Thao. The family made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to look after us and ensure we enjoyed our time in Saigon. While we were there, there was an incident of a new staff member attempting to steal from a guest. The staff notified us of the incident immediately and were genuinely upset about the situation. They handled the situation very professionally and the staff member was dismissed straight away.

Very pleasent and helpful staff they helped to organise good value tours for us to the cut Chi tunnels and a 2day tour to melon Delta. We spent Xmas there and the staff held a Xmas party for us which was a lot of fun. Rooms were clean and a good size. Right in tourist area and walking distance to sights.

Very efficiently run business right amongst all the other hotels and tour booking agencies meaning that you can arrange most of the tours on short notice which is excellent when you only have a short time to spend in the place, The airport transfer service is very reasonably priced and the free breakfast and fruit is very filling (but being just down from a smoothie bar is even better!).
