We loved staying here so much we stayed an extra night. The staff are lovely and very helpful. It was great to spend some time with their family, they made us feel very welcome. It is a perfect location for walking to all places of interest in Saigon. It is great fun to explore the alleys around the guesthouse and see how the locals live. We would stay here again.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, very accomodating of extra requests (i.e. to use a shower after already checking out).

Really convenient and lovely place to stay when visiting the city. Close to bars, market, bus drop off and all 'the places to see'. Their tours are also very reasonable. An excellent run guesthouse!

The place is very convinient to get around the city and the dorm's price is reasonable. Met nice people in the dorm and you can always hang out in the balcony in the dorm. Nice and relexing. Not very clean but understandable that different people just in-and-out all the time.

The staff is extremely helpful. This place can get you all the tours for very good prices. And they also changed my US$ with a better rate than on the main streets. Highly Recommended!!!

Staff at Ngoc Thao are very welcoming and extremely helpful and knowlegeable. One of the best Hostels I have stayed at. Nothing is too much trouble for them and highly recommended to other travellers to stay at Ngoc Thao. Close to everything and has many tours to help travellers out. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Good hostel in a good location with friendly staff. Nice crowd, easy to meet people when you're traveling alone. My dorm room was nothing special, but it was clean. Bigger lockers would have been nice, but that's a minor complaint.

Hands down the Best place to stay in Saigon/HCMC. The staff is super friendly and really does go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They are great at helping you plan your time in Vietnam and they offer great tours! Def check out the Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong Delta tours. Great free breakfast every morning and awesome beds. Will definitely be back!

We stayed 3 nights in a double room and enjoyed our stay. Staff is very helpful. They give you a map when you arrive and can recommend places to eat, get massages, etc. Good breakfast, wifi available in the rooms, and you can pay in USD or VND. They will exchange money at good rates too. We booked the Cao Dai/Cu Chi tour and Mekong by boat tour through them. Mekong tour was too touristy. The hostel's airport pick up is expensive at $15, although their drop off is about the same as a taxi at $8.

Stayed for 4 nights, loved it! Staff are so nice, they really go out of their way to help you. Included breakfast is great-eggs or pancakes plus plenty fruit and coffee. Rooms are really clean, and even have a really cheap mini bar! Free wifi and 3 computers that are free to use downstairs. 100% recommend this guesthouse.
