Great fun place to stay at. Cheap 4$/day wifi and fun communal area to pre-party before going out. 5 minute walk to most key locations. We had an awesome time here

It was definetely one of the best hostels that I ever stayed in. It was very clean and modern and it's in a great Location, around 2 min. from the Train and bus Station by foot and another maybe 5 min to the wonderful beach. I would definetely come back!!!

The staff was really nice, the hostel is well-located, beds are comfy, I won a free meal playing travel trivia which is pretty cool. The bathroom are clean. I would highly recommend it.

while this may be a bit on the expensive side for a hostel, if you are a backpacker willing to "splurge" a bit on a great time, this place is for you. AMAZING atmosphere, sweet international staff, and you couldn't ask for a better location. Keep in mind this is Byron and this 'amazing atmosphere' is 20 something year olds all looking to have a good time. there are two spas, a ping pong table and A LOT of seating for a common area both on the couches and tables right outside. and 2 hammocks.

Hostel is in a good location, but not the best value. Social nights are ok, but they take you to another hostel's social event, which is also a cheaper hostel, sooooo do you catch my drift!? My headphones were stolen from my bed, and it wasn't anybody from my room because we were all hanging out together, and 6-8 members of staff and their friends will come in rooms at a time and hang out while only 2-3 actually work and make beds.

We really liked our stay at Nomads Byron bay, the kitchen was really good and fresh! The traveldesk was really good as well. We had some problem with cockroaches in our room though, and didn't get any help or tips from the staff in the reception, and the rooms smelled kinda funny, and the hot pools outside were a bit dirty? And not so hot. But even though, the rest of the hostel was really good!

An excellent , central hostel with friendly staff , the only thing missing was somewhere like a bench or table to save bending to retrieve everything from the floor , would stay there again .

We had a really good stay, staff were really fun, but not sure about the unisex bathrooms - not the best. We've been to byron many times before and you can't get any better location than nomads. the atmosphere and hostel activites were awesome!!

Perfect location very close to the beach. Attivities all the day every day (they did one quiz and the first prize was a skydiving, best part was that the quiz was for free). V.I.P. nights to Byron Bay's clubs Very friendly staff and really clean hostel. Good place for relaxing and have fun.

Was lucky finding nice room mates. Kind of a young crowd and I felt a bit old sitting downstairs drinking, and I'm 21. Can't fault the place, good security and well run. Maybe wouldn't recommend it, but you won't be let down!

The dorms are rather smelly. The staff were very friendly but I was unimpressed with having to check out and in again 4 hours later when I had booked for 2 consecutive days.

The hostel is in a great location. Definitely a good place to stay if you're looking to meet people, but the average age seems to be early 20s, so depends what you're looking for. We were in 2 different rooms and they were both very clean, however, the hallways are gross - everywhere you look, the carpeting is stained. Also, the common room on the second floor can be really loud, and I wouldn't have been happy if our room was close to it. Staff were friendly.

This is a great hostel if you're looking to party. There are activities every night and a big common room with an outdoor area that includes 2 hot tubs and several picnic tables. The staff are pretty friendly too. My husband and I aren't generally looking to stay in party hostels though, so it's not exactly the kind of place we were hoping for, and wouldn't stay here again. But we agree that it would be great for someone looking to meet a lot of people and do the hostel activities.

It is a good hostel if you are there to party. However, I wouldn't go back as the kitchen unclean the 4 days I was there and as per earlier reviews the hallways and lift really smells.
