This beautiful building gives our guests the chance not just to see Beijing's history but also to sleep in it! The restoration has added all modern facilities without spoiling the building's character and guests can be assured by our conscientious staff, security card system and commitment to the highest standards. Our mission is to provide comfortable, secure, clean and spacious accommodation to the budget traveler. Don't just see Beijing's history; live in it for a while!

BEDS/ROOM ASSIGNMENTS

Beds and rooms are allocated on the arrival day. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee a group of 2 or more people will be in the same room, or a booking will have the same bed/same room all nights. We cannot guarantee a top/low bed, or a top/low floor.
Please check out before 12:00 at noon or the room fee for that day will be charged.

If you need to change room or bed, please pack up your stuff before 10:00am and store them in our storage, then check into the new room at afternoon.

If you would like to cancel your stay here, you must let us know in advance at least 24 hours, or the room fee will not be returned.

- 6km climb.
- 3.5 hours hike.

ODD DAYS - MUTIANYU GREAT WALL & MING TOMBS

- The wild great wall is Simatai but the 'fun' wall is Mutianyu
- Climbing Simatai is a memorable challenge, with breath-taking scenery, but for lighter hike, choose Mutianyu.
- Reach the top by Swiss gondola or chair lift for incredible views.
- Hike to serene spots to take photos, then race down by alpine slide or walk leisurely.
- Included in the tour are the ancient Ming tombs, burial place of the emperors.
