The hostel is OK, but you need clean the toilett frequently.

The location of this hostel is perfect, right where you want to be. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

good hostel to stay for a cheap price..i didn't like that there is no choice for breakfest..not everybody eats eggs

I understand it was new years and your employees were tired. But when a guest requests to make a phone call to a local Vietnamese phone, I don't see why they had to get angry about it and almost refuse to help me. I didn't write down the woman's name, but her hospitality was horrible. This was the same with the young man who opened the doors early in the morning on the 30th, hating every second of having to help us into your building. Many pleasant staff are there, just these two were horrible.
