We booked in advance & when we arrived at the hostel we were told there were no rooms. After getting taken to 2 other places we got a room in a hotel across the road. When we were checking out they wanted us to pay more, we were firm and ended up getting it for the price it should have been. Apparently it is a common scam in Vietnam. Our breakfast was still included, but had to go to the hostel for it. They have a travel desk in the entrance which is quite useful. It is in a good location.

Great location. Parallel street of the beckpacker area. Look what they say and what they charge you for the lundry. Stuff is nice and try to help you. But at the reception one person don't know what the other person is doing. For trips ask also around the hostel in the street. There are a lot of agencies. It worth it.

Emailed the hotel asking for a room with a window the day before we arrived, ended up in a box room with no window that was really, really dirty. When we asked to move rooms as we had a asked for window, was asked to show email to prove this and then they said no anyway. Didn't get any sleep as put air con on for fresh air which let out a horrid smell. Breakfast was free which is good. Our friends got lovely free upgraded room so i guess it is just hit and miss/luck when you stay here.

The room that we are allocated to has no windows, not even a fan in the toilet, the room smells so bad. The shower is okay tho.

We only had a night here as we were passing through. It suited our needs but didn't get enough time to experience the place fully

Great location for nightlife. Friendly staff, clean and affordable. Would stay again.

They stay was really nice, cause it inclunded breakfast, nice staff and a really good location! The guy who is in charge during the night is always playing LoL :D
