This is a place where it feels like a family. The place is clean and they provide really good service. The staff there are friendly and they take the effort to help you in whichever way they can. Kuddos to them! The location is great as it is away from the buzz of the roads but close enough to the central area.

Nice, clean little hostel, in a great location down an alley off the main tourist street. Breakfast, including drink, is a bonus, and their wifi is good. Staff are friendly. I read on Hostelworld that someone was unhappy that reception kept their passport, but if you pay and ask for it back you'll get it.

It was a very clean and friendly little hostel. I liked it a lot. Breakfast was included so that was good. Got help to book taxi, find good restaurants and booking trips to the tunnels and other things. Would absolutely recommend this hostel.

It was a great 4 night stay despite having to switch room due to no single bed available for the first 2 nights. The staffs still helped me to switch to a single room in the end. Friendly staffs. Good location although located in an alley where public transports might find it hard to find the hostel but street landmark like the buffalo bar is an excellent locator of the hostel. No problem finding food.

Really great, clean single room. Breakfast was good. Location was awesome. Really easy to meet people. A little bit noisy at night but not really an issue.

The hostel was in a good location. The rooms were very clean and the beds were big and the air con was great. The staff were very friendly always helped. The common area was nice and at the front. Internet was good as they had free wifi through out the hostel.

Helpful staff-the kitchen was a bit run down and leaking. The room was not bad and clean. The walk up 5 floors will give una work out. Located in a small alley so a good chance to see some local culture.

The hostelworld listing for this room is deceiving. We booked 2 beds in a "2 bed mixed dorm", to find out there are actually 4 beds in a two bed mixed dorm? A minor thing, but very frustrating. The location is fantastic, right in the hart of the backpackers district, with lots of street vendors and facilities nearby. It's very clean, there is a good housekeeping service, and the staff do what they can to help. I would stay here again.

I like Saigon Youth Hostel. Receptionists were very helpful, friendly & always attentive to guest's needs. The hostel is also a good place to stay since it is accessible to Ben Thanh Market & Saigon Square for shopping. Just a 5min walk from the hostel. Also, near the Delta Tour office where we booked all our tours [city tour, etc..]. Bedroom is clean.

I stayed one night in a single room and one in a 4 bed dorm. They were clean enough. Both rooms are small. The single had no window so its was a bit weird but with the ac it dosent matter. Staff helpful enough.

Extremely friendly place, staff makes you feel at home so quickly. Right in the middle of backpacker district. Stayed there twice and would always go back! Dorms are small, had 2 bed dorm but got fridge and aircon and en-suite bathroom. Very clean as well. Breakfast included. Two internet computers in the lobby.

MAJOR security issue: They make you to leave your passport at reception the entire time you're checked-in, even when you go out. No matter what they say, that's NOT the rule in Vietnam. And they store all the passports in a big, unlocked, open, drawer right behind the desk. To make it worse, the staff tried to overcharge me, and were extremely rude. Location is good, noise and cleanliness are fine. But because of the passports and the staff, I would never stay there again.
