Great place, nice staff. Comfortable living room with TV, strong wifi throughout the house. Large kitchen. 3 full bathrooms. Would stay again.

Located in the very lively Hongik university district, the Seoul I guest house offers private rooms and dorms at a reasonable price. It's a modern building, lacking a bit of character perhaps, and one of the two bathrooms was run down, but the staff were helpful and the fresh eggs for breakfast a very nice touch.

Great hostel. Only stayed one night but was really impressed with the hosts professionalism. He was also good at conversation and knew lots about beer. :) I stayed in the private room. It was clean, comfortable and soothing after a long day of travel. My only suggestion would be to drill holes in the wall for the internet cables to go through in the private room. They now run through the window, leaving it slightly open; I heard someone typing late at night. Besides that, everything was perfect.

It's good value for the price, in the very nice Hongdae area, free wifi all over the guest house, breakfast included, clean, nice common room and kitchen and very nice and helpful staff, big thank you to Kyung-Mi, who was very helpful with arranging day trips outside of Seoul!

The staff was very helpful, and all services we needed (towels, internet, warm bedding, maps) were provided for. Would definitely stay again!

Overall a great hostel in a great location.

I only stayed here for one night, but was overwhelmed with how much I loved it! One employee spent about 30 minutes giving me directions to the hostel over the phone while he was out with his friends on a Friday night! The morning we checked out, another employee let us sleep in 2 hours past our check-out time! It was clean, comfortable and in a fabulous location: walking distance to the party spots at Hongdae. I would highly recommend this guesthouse. It is a great experience for a low price.

It was quite nice hostel, very clean, helpful and friendly staff, quiet area and breakfest is for bonus. There is everything all I need and it was enjoyable talking with their staff. I would like to come back to Seoul i guesthouse and recommend this hostel to anyone come to Seoul.

I had a really great stay at Seoul I. I would highly recommend this guest house to any one visiting the area. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were quite clean especially compared to another guest house I had stayed in in the area.
