The hostel itself was nice. Value For Money was also okay. We were 4 people in 2 2 bed rooms. One room was so small, that they did not know where to put the luggage. In our room we had a really annoying smell. It smelled like urinal puck everywhere.

Definitely NOT recommended!!!! Dirty room without window and they advertise themselves with a view from the room to the Pearl Tower. The staff didn't speak English, they couldn't give any useful information. And the internet was on and off literally in every second. Only the location can be accepted.

One night stay, a bit noisy and the building is super old.

Great location. 5-7 minute walk to the Bund. There were a few corner stores around which was convenient. Wi fi doesn't work in the rooms and that really sucks. The staff was decent.

I'm not sure why I didn't pay closer attention to the other reviews on here. The hostel was very average, with the location and relative price for the room being the only benefit. The first room I was shown to smelled heavily of cigarettes and because it was an internal room (although I was only informed of this on arrival) there was no way to air it out. In the end I changed rooms but the next one was not much better.

The only thing worth going to this hostel is for the location. The staff doesnt speak much english and they dont assist you with information or even a free map around the area. The room dosent have windows the mattress its rocksolid and the bathroom doesnt have a shower holder so its very uncomfortable. The wifi only works in the lobby.
