staff excellent - informative, helpful, friendly great atmosphere & comfortable

Had a great stay. Just one night but it was very relaxing. Everyone in the hostel is clean even if outside the street isn't but then no street in china is clean. Would def recommend

This hostel was amazing. The hostel was charming, very clean and warm. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of character, day trip and event booking, restaurant suggestions, and so much more. This hostel caters to many types of travelers, not only backpackers. Highly recommended!

More than pleased with our stay at Sitting Walls. The staff was so friendly and helpful and met us at the door when we got in late due to a delayed flight. They got us train tickets, Great Wall tour, and acrobat show tix all quickly/reasonably priced. We were most pleased with the info packet we received on arrival which contained sample itineraries for site-seeing (including approx. times and specific transportation info) and reliable restaurants within walking distance (great food on site too)

Perfect place to stay in Beijing, even during the cold of winter the staff was warm and friendly as were the facilities. I stayed for more than a week and it began to feel like home to me. Tour suggestions were spot on, food menu is affordable and delicious. You get a great break down of all the locations and sights along with some extra tips from the staff at check in. Might be a little hard to find but the area has great history and character and is SAFE. e-key access, good wifi, book!

City Walls was great. Staff very friendly and helpful (gave us many great tips that assisted our first trip to Beijing), great location, lots of charm. Great food, everything was very reasonably priced.

We had an excellent stay in this wondeful hostel. The staff were extremely helpful and we will be staying there next time we are in Bejing. Thank you for an excellent experience.
